Feb 17, Wednesday Church meeting at Gunny's house, 1900 Feb 19, Friday Iwo Jima Parade Come on out and see for yourself as patriots gather from near and far aboard Marine Military Academy’s (MMA) Parade Grounds as our Corps of Cadets present a parade in tribute to all veterans and, in particular, those who paid the ultimate price for our freedoms sixty-five years ago on the sands of Iwo Jima. The Parade is scheduled for Friday, February 19th, 4 p.m. with special performances by MMA’s LEATHERNECK Band and Silent Drill Team. There is no cost to attend the Parade. Special seating will be provided in front of the Parade Grand Stand for all Iwo Jima Veterans. Bleacher seating is available for the general public, and lawn chairs are welcomed!
